What is wrong with me that i can't lose weight!!!???

I have weighed 125 give or take 2 or 3 pounds for the past 7 months. I have not lost 1 pound that is not water weight. I just don't understand it. i am only 12!!! I am so ugly and i feel so fat. i am 5 6'. The thing is that i have like a flat stomach but like love handles. i mean kind of. not exactly but ind of. i just want to lose weight. i am on a swimming and diving team and i swim 4 times a week for 3 hours. i don't eat a lot or anything unhealthy. i hate chips and chocolate. i really do and anything and everything carbonated so no soda. I just don't understand why i can't lose weight!! Please help me if you know why?

  1. Well you say that your eating healthy but if your taking in too many calories (even from healthy foods) then you wont lose weight. You need about 1500-2000 calories a day.

    But honestly i don't think you have anything to worry about. You shouldn't feel ugly and fat. You should embrace what you have, and remember your still growing. You have to learn to be happy with your body. Your doing everything right. Your eating right and exercising. But your fine. Don't worry so much, your only 12! Enjoy your childhood missy! =]


  2. it depends on sumone metabolism rate my dear...

    it takes 2 months 4 me to lose sum weight..10 kg in 2 moths to be exact.

    and i considered it as a big success, bcuz it is not easy for me to

    not to eat foods that i luv..try to balance ur meal, eat more vege & fruits..

    and do not take carbs too much..as for me, i totally cut the intake of carbs in the first 2 months during my diet..but after 2 months,

    i started to take sum carbs like bread, cuz our body need carbs to operate.....take it slowly..dun push ur self too hard..

  3. hey girlie, calm down, ur fine, you dont need to loose weight your going through puberty, just  keep up with the exercise and you'll be just fine. 12 is an awkward age, but you dont need to diet, besides your weight is acually in the low end for a girl who is 5'6. just enjoy being tall. if u really feel so fat tell someone, i dont want you to develop an eating dissorder.

  4. You having good weight. You just need to do some exercise to make your body fit. You don't need to worry about your weight.
