What are some home remedies and what would a psychologist suggest, and then what would they prescribe. (I think its just severe anxiety) If someone reads this and has any clue of what this could be, please put it in your answer,
My anxiety has gotten to a point where i have really bad butterfly feeling in my stomach when i don't need to. I keep crying about the smallest things. I have pretty violent (not in the physical sense) outbursts where i just freak out about the smallest things. Its getting to the point where i am having trouble functioning.
