What is wrong with my Frigidaire ice maker?

Question

My crushed ice setting is not crushing ice. There is not any obvious problem with parts. The appliance center cannot find anything wrong with the unit.

it crushes ice in the bottom of the dispencer, before it goes through the door, maybe the motor has gone bad or something. or maybe it doesnt want you to have crushed ice! j/k... idk if the repair man has came to look at it and couldnt find anything wrong, call another repair man...

sound like the relay that changes the ice from cubed to crush is not engaging. I had the same problem an they replaced the relay now it works fine
