What is wrong with my JG G36c airsoft gun?

I bought a JG G36c airsoft gun from airsplat.com. I charged the battery and put it in.I put the BB's in the magazine, I cranked the bottom wheel and when I shot, no BB's came out. The only way it would fire is if I held it upside down. I spent around $120 and I need to know what is wrong. Please help!

Did you wind it enough? Wind it until you see the BB's, put it in the gun, and wind it up until it makes a distinct clicking noise. Also, make sure that the battery is fully charged. Hope this helps.
