What is wrong with my Sims 2 Pets game?

I had Sims 2 University and Nightlife and I just installed Sims 2 pets. The first day it worked fine, but yesterday it wasn't working at all. The program would will load, and I can enter house and stuff. But for most objects, my sims wont do the actions I command. I haven't downloaded any extra CC since I installed the program, but I do have a lot of it and Inteen.

Does anyone know what is wrong or how to fix it?

First, make sure you have InTeen for Pets.  There are different versions for each EP.

Now, a little secret EA doesn't bother to mention if you ask them about it.  Open My Documents/EA Games/The Sims 2.  Find Groups.cache and Accessory.cache.  Delete them.

Try running the game now.

Those two files are rewritten when next you start the game so don't worry about messing anything up.  I delete mine EVER time before I start the game.  These files can become corrupt and messes up your game load.

Remember the InTeen...they are off line right now so take it out until you can get the Pets version.

it is that your graphices and memory card it is not bigger nuf to hold

it so you need to get a new one or you can deldet game what are on

Try what the first person said (sorry, forgot your name, something Archer). InTeen is now at Simbology (www.simbology.com) as Two Jeffs has kindly offered to host it since the InTeen site closed down.

Also, you need to update ALL your hacks, not just InTeen. Write out a list then find each and every one and download the Pets version of it. And you'd be best off keeping the list so that you can update all your hacks again if you ever install another expansion pack (that's newer than Pets in release order) in the future.
