What is wrong with my Yahoo search bar?

Question

I use windows I.E. browser and run WindowsXP. Typing something in the search bar, if I need to go back to it to edit the text, I cannot click the cursor anywhere in the text. I have to highlight the search text, then click the L or R arrow, and hope the cursor (which I cannot see at this point) is at the left or right end of the text. I've put up with this for months. Please help.

Open CONTROL PANEL and select MOUSE and find "Clicklock" and unselect it, click APPLY and OK when you're finished.

Restart your browser.
