I have seen a doctor about it but they basically don't have much to say. It seems like the tendon can pop up over the ankle then back down. Anyone else got it?

  1. Wow.. From what I can guess from the video you are capable of moving ur muscle tendons which are supposed to be located behind(posterior) the lateral malleolus to the front(anterior).

We all have 2 muscle tendons Peroneus longus and brevis behind the lateral malleolus and they help to move the foot down(flex).

The particular action of the muscle wud be best done in its normal physiological position..

You Can consult an Orthopedician about this..

If you were able to do it since childhood it just may be a normal variant..

If in case you have acquired this thing recently I wud advice you to consult an orthopedician and get it imaged..

This is technically called as peroneal tendon subluxation.
