  1. sounds like a pinched nerve.

    see your DR

  2. sounds like tennis elbow. (You do not have to play tennis to get it). The pain is caused by tiny breaks in the connective tissue that holds the muscle to the bone. The ttissue becomes irritated and inflamed. It is caused by either sports or any activity that involves repetitive movement. Symptoms are increasing pain on the outside of the elbow or near the bone, pain when you try to extend your arm,, you may get pain up and down your arm or when you apply pressure and you make have a weak feeling in your wrist. Many cases settle by themselves and you can try taking ibuprofen which you can buy over the counter. If you feel it is getting worse see your doctor who will probably give you exercises for your arm and maybe a  steroid injection. In the meantime you could try using an icepack on it and change it every 20 minutes and buy some ibuprofen.

  3. i think you pinched a nerve. im having the same problem with my neck. just try to rest it and ice it. look up ways to fix it on the internet.

  4. go to the doctor! you may have pinched a nerve, which is pretty serious! if you fell on your arm HARD in the past few days, it could be a result from that!

  5. could be tennis elbow, stiffening of the joint. possible needs are physio and anti inflamitries.

unless you have knocked it and the inflamation is making it stiff
