What is wrong with my arm??

Question

Lately, the upper outer portion of both of my arms have been twitching. It only happens a couple times a day but the episodes lasts hours. It dosnt hurt, its just really annoying. Also, iv have been noticing the same thing happening in my thighs. It gets so bad you can actually see the twitching through my shirt. Its not my entire arm thats twitching, its just a little area that you can see twitching under my skin. Its always in the same spots on both arms, and like i said, it dosnt hurt. What do you think can be causing this?

this had happend to me a few months ago i went to the doctor for it they said that i was just constepated and i needed to drink more cranberrey juice and that it would go away in a few days
