  1. You fought the bag, and the bag won.

Definitely muscle fatigue.  What you can do to stop it, is to take a day or two off for rest.  Recovery of your muscles may take a while, depending how long it was from the last time you actually exercised them.

It's good to do low-intensity exercise (sort of like a cool-down phase) after hitting bag.  During cool-down, you can hit the bag, but don't hit it with full strength.  I suggest practicing your form while you do this.  That way you can make sure you're not hitting the bag wrong, causing more damage to yourself.

You can also do some shadow boxing or stretching.  Cool-down stretching after exercise is a good way to prevent injury.

The main thing to do is to give yourself some rest.  Your body will naturally recover, and you'll be good to go, feeling stronger than you use to.  Then you can show that bag who's boss.

  2. lots of lateral raises and front raises should cure the problem

  3. Your muscles are just getting fatigue. How long have you been boxing or hitting the heavy bag? Problems like these usually happen for beginners or first timers. Try weight training with shoulder exercises to strengthen your shoulder muscles. It'll help keep your hands up as well.

  4. throw some nitro tech hardcore in your meals and you will see improvements

  5. Well it seems that you weren't born to box!!! i think you should just quit and do mma, its easier, less skills is required.
