Sounds like a trojan and other viruses that infected your web browser.  I also wouldn't rule out the possiblility that your router or modem has been infected.  I have trouble logging into my router.  My router software was kinda plug n play.  It just installs and is all automatic.  I don't know how you would clear it.  Maybe you should look for your router or modem software.  Also check your firewall history and your network places.  Also be wary of online antivirus, there are several sites that have anti-virus software but this is a dupe the AV software is the virus.
