What is wrong with my computer? ?

I have two problems, but if you just have the solution to one of them, I`d appreciate that so much!

FIRST: Nothing`s (well, most sounds) coming out from my speakers. It`s not my speakers, it`s my computer. When I go to Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices Properties > Volume, it usually says "No Audio Device". BUT, when I open the computer or close the computer, it always has that tune that plays every time you open/close your computer, you know?

The SECOND problem, which I just discovered yesterday, is a pain. When I type, they come out scrambled. When I try to type something like "Hey, I`m Nikki", it comes out as "Hey,`mNikki I" or " Hye,I`mNkki".

My question is, do you have a solution to either of these problems? Thanks in advance!

  1. Problem 1.

-Find out the motherboard series of your machine ie ASUS P5 and visit their website. Go to Supports and Downloads section and download the latest Audio driver and install it. That should fix your audio.

    Problem 2:

-Unplug and plug it again. Try restarting the PC or better get a new one. I experienced that before. I throw a cup of coffee on my keyboard and after that all the words when you type gets scrambled.

  2. the first problem just means that u don't have the audi driver installed, a driver is kind of like an ID that tells windows what sound card u have and how to use it to make sound, this can usually be fixed by doing a windows update or looking up the brand and model of ur computer and finding out the name of ur sound card and then downloading the driver, most computer brand sites like hp and dell etc have them listed for u to download once u find out which one u need

for the 2nd problem...i have no idea :/...could be anything

  3. The first one is pretty easy.Get the model number from your computer,go to the manufacturers website,go to support and get audio drivers for your model number. The second one may be malware,go to www.malwarebytes.org and get the that.Download, install and run a full scan.

  4. Delete the devices from your computer: Control Panel ->System -> Harware -> Device Manager. restart your computer and it will recognize "new devices". Let the computer do its thing, and they will reinstall. When my components quite that is what I do and my computer is a 3 year old laptop.
