What is wrong with my dogs eyes?

My dog, Trixie, woke up this morning and she was squinting her eyes a lot. I figured she was just sleepy still but it's been a couple hours and she is still squinting them. I put some doggy eye drops in her eyes, thinking she may have something in them, but it didn't seem to help much. She is acting normal, except for her eyes.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

It could be an infection or it might be entropion.  You need to get your dog to a vet to have it checked out.  The vet will put some dye drops in the eyes which will check for possible scratches on the eye and will be able to tell you if it is an infection, or a structure problem.  I do not think that it is something in the eye because usually only one eye would be affected, not both.
