What is wrong with my ears?

For the last two nights I've had this hissing buzzing sound in my ears, sometimes it's almost like real boring music that only has three tones. I think this may be tinnitus so I'm not really that worried about it. What's bothering me is that since this morning I've been having sort of crackling sounds mostly when I hiccup or swallow and my ears have been popping a bit and early this morning I had this really loud type of explosion in my left ear.

Any advice anyone?

If you are taking aspirin, that can also give you tinnitus.

You could also have an inner ear infections so do go see a doctor

I'm betting on the ear infection.

You may want to go see a doctor, this may be more serious than just tinnitus!!
