What is wrong with my female guppy?

she was fat a couple of days ago,but now she is just ski and bones!she still has her gravid spot and I fed her,and she only ate a little bit,and didnt even get bigger!what the heck is wrong with her?!

The gravid spot isn't going to go away. Females have that to distinguish their gender. It gets bigger and darker if she is pregnant. If she isn't she still has it but it will be smaller and lighter.

If your fish has lost weight and started to show a thinning of the upper body, or if your fish has started to darken in color and her body seems to have sunken in, she may have intestinal worms.  The treatment for this is a medication called "Paracide-D" or "Paracide-X".  If you can't find that particular medication, ask at your local fish store if they have something to treat intestinal worms in tropical fish.  Most often however, the recommendation is that the fish just be destroyed.  Sometimes parasitic worms can be passed from snails to fish.  Do you have any snails in your tank?
