What is wrong with my fish?

Don't know much about fish, but I'll try to explain the best I can.

I have three gold fish (two of them have a big head, kind of looks like a brain) the other a common gold fish. About two days ago I noticed the water being cloudy, and It's only been a week since I changed the water. Well today, i noticed that one of the big head had a red spot near the tail, on both sides, and like the veins on the tail were really red, the other (the common gold fish) is starting to show a red spot too!! :s what is wrong??? By the way, my mom just brought a black gold fish (one of those that have really big eyes that pop out), but she asked at the pet store and they said he could be with the other.

So what's wrong?! I don't want them to die! They've been with us for two years already. What should I do? Should I change the water??

Please help!
