hello, does anyone know why my 12week old kitten has green slimy poo with no shape to it?? when i got her she had bad bowel's but i have had kittens before and it clears up fairly soon. i looked on-line and i found that most people advised to put her on rice and baked chicken so i have put her on this, we are on day 4 now and her bowel habits are green and slimy, i know this is not right but I'm unsure weather we have to stick with it or not?? HELP US PLEASE???

  1. Don't let this go on much longer or the cat will be dehydrated. Phone your vet and describe what's happening, and let them know what you tried already. If this is an intestinal thing that needs antibiotics, they'll let you know.

  2. If she hasn't been dewormed that might be the problem and you need to take her to the vet to get the proper meds. It could also be a change in her food, or  make sure there are no plants or anything in your home that she has chewed on. If it continues there is a good chance she could become dehydrated.
