What is wrong with my new clutch cable?

I just had my clutch cable replaced and the neutral safety switch replaced. Now there is weird noise happening. It sounds like rubber band being strummed. Thats the best way i can describe it. But other than that the clutch pedal vibrates when im not using it. is it just because the clutch cable is new? What could be the problem?

my answer is try to check it out first on auto repair shop..dude

Without the year, make and model I would suggest that you take it back and have them check the mounts first and then road test the vehicle with you....
