What is wrong with my phone???!!?

i have the nokia Xpressmuic phone Tmobile

and when i receive calls i can hear the other person but the other person can barely hear me.

what is causing this and how can i fix this.

Are you an expert in fixing electronic circuits and highly complex things such as the cell phones. I guess not so please save you the troubles and check your warranty documents for informations on who's providing service for your phone. Or simply call Nokia Care
