What is wrong with my right ankle?

Okay i have this very very rough spot on my right ankle. It also had like these deep vertical lines. I don't know how to explain them.It doesn't hurt it is just rough, kind of red and really odd. Please help me. Thanks. What is wrong with my ankle and what can I do to stop it?

you have flesh eating disease.  just kidding  sounds like and allergic reaction isolated to the one area.  get some antibiotic ointment on the affected area.  you may need to get an rx from your doctor if the problem persists.

a dr needs to feel this and decide if its tendon or whatever , but always remember, no lumps and unusual bumps should be ignored even if painless. maybe they will x ray it .good luck.
