Question:

What is wrong with my shrubs?

at the top and side of my shrubs they are shribiling up and are stiff but the rest of the shrub is fine what do i need to do to fix that problem! such of any material i can buy to fix it (the shrubs name is:red tipped photinias)

  1. They are a beautiful plant, used mostly for hedges.

    Assuming it is outdoors, sometimes insects (silkworms, spiders etc.) will close and seal leaves on host plants. If it is just limited to a few areas on the plant, I would treat it with an insecticide. If you see that it is not limited to a few areas but rather over all or most of the plant, then the soil may be lacking nutrients or water. In this case you would need to fertilize and water it in to soil.
