What is wrong with my sisters Minature Dachshund?

Her lymph nodes at the base of her neck are big and the lymph nodes around her private. And her chest is mushy? She is eating and drinking. Although she is tired but doesn't seem to be in any pain.

Lymph nodes enlarge due to an infection, inflammation or neoplasia. I would take her to the vet - they will probably want to run bloodwork to evaluate her white blood cells and other values.

Depending upon the bloodwork - the vet may want to aspirate the lymph node and send it for cytology - as they would be worried about lymphoma. Chest rads may be helpful in checking for any metastasis to the lungs.

How old is the dog? If a young dog and recently vaccinated - this can be normal.

Take her to the vet and they will check her out. i know im not helping much but thats the only way and you know it.
