  1. It could be ur period?

r just sumthing 2 do with ur diet?

  2. I don't know see your doctor.

  3. You could try asking a doctor. They are these medical type people and they really seem rather quite good at it. Go on walk into your local surgery today, go up to the counter and say I don't feel well I want to see a doctor! You never know you might like it!

  4. Trapped wind maybe?

  5. It could be Irritable Bowel Syndrome, in which case you would need to go and buy tablets - IBS tends to be caused by a particular food so think back and see if you can link feeling ill to a particular meal.  It could also be as something as simple as trapped wind, in which case there are plenty of tablets available - as your feeling bloated aswell maybe try taking Rennies; I take them when I feel bloated and I always feel much better.  It may be something related to your period; it could be the effects of your period starting or even where your starting your period and your immunity is lower - causing you to catch a bug maybe?  Probably best to either pop into your local chemist or make an appointment at your doctors, as these are very general symptoms that could be linked to a range of medical problems.

Hope this was useful for you, feel better soon.

  6. Well could be a number of things.

    Sounds to me like Gas.

I have IBS. Try getting some IBS tabs. They are nothing chemical just peppermint oil. This will sooth the pain and burst any pockets of air you have in your stomach. You may find you may want to go the loo about 30 mins after taken them. I use tabs called Coppermil? (i think), they work wonders.

If it continues then go see your doc, i could list what could be wrong with you, but there's no point as its prob too much gas. NB have you eaten fried foods, cabbage, vegetables etc (lots of) recently?

OR try and keep a diary of what you eat and when it happens. Present this to the Doc. You could be intolerant to wheat ( celiac) etc. Wouldn't worry though try the coppermil first.

    Good luck!
