What is wrong with my wrist

ok so my right wrist has been hurting for about a week now. i can move all my fingers but when i bend my wrist it really hurts, but when i try to bend it, it feels like it has got a lock on it so it doesn't move its like its really stiff! what should i do and yesturday i went to Alton Towers Theme Park and we went on this ride were you go round in a cart and you shoot lights and after about 2mins of that ride it was really painful and then my vain in my hand was hurting like a sharp pain but that doesn't hurt now! and it hurts when i write with it!

but what should i do about my wrist?

It could be Repetitive Strain Injury

You might have sprained it. A sprain isn't serious, but to be safe and sure you should see a doctor. A sprain is when a ligimate tissue tears in your arm by some activity. Hope it helps!
