What is wrong with our TV?

We have a 6 or 7 year old 42" Toshiba rear projection television. Yesterday when I was watching TV, the colors went all wacky and is showing doubles. The two colors are a neon green and purplish-pink. I turned it off and made sure everything was connected and it was. When I turned it back on it's the same thing and the other TV we have is working fine. What could be wrong with the TV and how much will this cost to fix it?

One of the 3 colored bulbs probably burned out. I am not sure how much they cost.
