What is wrong with society?

To me it seems that society is getting stupider and stupider as time goes on. When I was growing up MTV actually had aired music and they had shows like Singled Out and Sandblast. Now they have shows like Date My Mom and Next, to me those shows seem like they are scripted, especially some of the stuff the parents say on Parental Control. And the people on these shows seem so s*x crazed like everything is about s*x now adays. Then there are movies like Step Brothers and people find humor in stuff like that and people yelling and talking loud and immaturely.

Im currious to know when and why stuff like this became 'awesome' and 'funny'

there are people that want people to be stupid simple as that. the people who own the tv waves get those people stuck to the TV. they are good at that!! its like mind control.

As an introvert person,I have always shunned society simply because I view it as wrong,bad and foolish.society is going increasingly from bad to worse.perverted s*x,violence,hatred,envy,arrogance,etc,e... is all one can sense in this evil society we live today.thank you,bye!

Well, I don't know why it's like that? Maybe it's just because it's what's out there/popular and people are too lazy to look for alternatives.

I have a solution: don't watch mtv, and don't watch popular movies. Check out independent music and cinema, maybe you will find something that is a bit more to your liking. It won't change pop culture, but it will make things better for you.
