What is wrong with someone who has blue finger nails?

2.  Tissues aren't being adequately profused with oxygen enriched blood.  Such as poor circulation.

Bluish skin/nail beds are usually an indication of some form of hypoxia- a lack of oxygen in the body's circulation. This could be caused by several things, and not to sound off alarms, but heart trouble could be one of them. There are 2 main causes of hypoxia- lack of oxygen in the blood, or reduced circulation. If you feeldizzy or lightheaded, have trouble breathing, then that could be the case. Best bet is to go to a doctor and have it checked out.
