What is wrong with the "Multiply" image hosting blog site ?

The pages take forever to load, and then, generate an error message. The site operators havn't left any message to inform users of technical issues or site problems, it just pauses and does nothing for about 20 mins when a page tries to load and its been like this for weeks now.
