What is wrong with the teenage girls!?!

OK, just answered a question about this girl wanting a baby at 13! ok im 13 and i have to take care of a four and a one and a half year old baby and no its not fun do you think i get much freedom no my sister abandoned her kids and gave them to my dad and me and well do you think i want to be a parent to them at this age!?! i would do anything for the kids to have a stable home with there mother without the drugs and her short temepered boyfriend but my question why do you girls have s*x and want babies at such a young age?? i wish that you could see what its like to have to be a parent! just please wait i mean i have a 16 year old ex step sister and shes pregnant and got kicked out of her moms house and now lives with her dad and going threw h**l being pregnant!!

Yeah... you do realize those posts and questions are almost always fake.  You will never meet a 13 year old in person saying "I want to get pregnant," because they dont.  People post things like that just to get a rise out of people.  Don't worry, school will be starting soon and those posts will be getting less and less.

Who knows what goes through their head when they are having s*x without the use of birth control and condoms.

A baby will not hold no guy to you. A baby is not a fashion accessory and it is nothing something you can do for a few hours like babysitting -it is a 24/7 job.

I think it is truely pathetic for a teen to want to have a baby.

You do not need a baby if you cannot even take care of yourself meaning that you are not paying rent where you live, you do not pay for the food you eat and you sure don't pay for the clothes you wear.

I would be so ashamed to have a baby and have to rely on my parents to raise it and take care of it.

Then again i don't have to live their sad lives so they can do what they wish but they are not hurting no one but theirself.

my mom just had a baby 3& 1/2 months ago

and im 14 i take care of her alot and its not easy she already trows temper tantrums its hard being a teen is hard enoguh with high schoo althogh she whoulden know scince at 13 ur in middle school she learn =]

It sounds like a case of absentee parents.  Parents need to be in control of their households.  Well, at least be there and be a parent, not a friend.  Have rules, boundaries, limits and stick to them.  Teach your children well.  

Also, a lot of kids have lost hope for their future, so they only live for now.  That means instant gratification.  Do what feels good right now.  

Parents should be instilling a sense of hope for the future so girls and boys have something to dream about and work for.

I agree with what you said, but what really pisses me off is when you see 14, 15, or 16 year olds asking for help when they get pregnant. I'm like, "Why the h**l did you have s*x at (insert young age)!? You fix it! You made the choice!". I'm not gonna try and help someone when they've, obviously, just showed their STUPIDITY!

What the person before me said isn't true. I've seen some of these young women, and I don't understand it either. But I think if you watched this video, you'd see how unbelievable some of these girls are. Most of them do it for the attention, or the "love" of a baby. None of them really know what they're saying.
