What is wrong with this counter girl?

I just had a go at this girl who works in a cafe. A while back I ordered a sandwhich off her and she was really rude and stroppy but I let it go. I figured perhaps she was having a bad day! Today I went to order a cheese and onion sandwhich and she was like "A WHAT?" I said "A cheese and onion sandwhich, please" and she repeated it and rolled her eyes like it was a strange request! And tutted and was just so stroppy that when she snapped "white or brown bread" I said "forget it! Your attitude stinks, you were stroppy last time and your stroppy this time. You got a real problem" and stormed off. lol

I was half tempted to speak to her manager!

I work as a shop cashier and there is no way I am ever like that! I always try to be smiley and friendly to customers!

dont b bothered about her character... she is rude... u could have spoken to her manager (but alsomake sure he DOESNT fire her) or asked her straight in the face what is wrong with her? or mayb u could have sarcasticly & sternly asked something... look straight into her eyes sternly without blinking... show the irritation in ur eyes...

it seems like discrimination since u ordered that cheese & onion sandwich... i think u get it what i am telling. she doesnot understand what is meant by customer satisfication, no matter what the customers order...

this is what my husband does when someone behaves this way & its very effective in getting a good response from them...

just dont b bothered...

or mayb she must b having some personal problems thats making her rude...

Sounds to me like a teenager that thinks she is above the job she is doing.  Someday, the real world will hit her quite hard.

She's miserable! You should have spoken to her manager, she will either straighten out or quit.

was that me?? just kidding, looks like the cashier has had it with her job and is probably wanting to get fired, can recieve unemployement. My advice is to go there all the time and be a little rude and a little demanding and order odd stuff.do things like when she takes the money don't put it in her hand always put it on the table. And when you tip, tip with change only, bring in pennies from home. Don't be the one who lets her get her way. If she is that unhappy with seeing customers she should quit. Don't go to the manager, let it be. She is the cashier and you are the customer remember you are right and she is to provide you with a good level of customer service. i am mean like that.....

speak to the manager. she obviously doesn't care about her attitude, so she won't care about offending you.

order extra onions next time and ask her "hhhhhhhow does my breath smell".

and as for the girl i bet its cuz daddy cut her off so she had to get a job soo of course she gonna be rude!! she a spoiled snob that just got cut off xD

too much attitude, not enough respect for others. saying something to her might feel good but unless you say something to her manager about the need to be treated civily and with courtesy, it wont help. she has such an attitude she probably doesnt believe she has a problem.
