What is wrong with yahoo mail?? It won't let me compose a letter. There is no place to write, only address bar

I had the same problem with AOL. If u r using AOL, do what i did. Jus open up Internet Explorer while AOL is running and send ur mail thorugh the Internet Explorer (type in Yahoo in the Address bar, and send ur mail as u would normally send it) If u arent using AOL, then sry. I can't help u.

I had this same problem. Here is the help page that helped me:

A: That takes all the fun out of email, doesn't it. Let's fix it!

Here's how:

Click the "Options" link in the upper right of your Mail page.

On the Options page, in the "Management" column, click on "General Preferences".

Find the "Composing E-mails" section, "Mode:", and choose "Compose messages as plain text".

Scroll to the bottom and click the "Save" button.

Now try it. Can you Compose, Reply to a message or Forward?
