  1. You could be retaining water. But sodium makes you retain water. I drink alot of water and only retain water when I drink pop. You should go to your doctor and tell them what is going on. I am guessing they will test you for diabetes. That really is a weird case for some one that is drinking water. I would visit my doctor. Good luck hun

  2. Let me give you the short version of cure for your problem.

    - Eat the best foods to supply the necessary carbohydrates, whole grain bread and cereals, vegetables, fruits and beans.

Leave off all white bread, white rice, potatoes, pastries, sugared sodas and sweet tea.

    - Salt (sodium) is another thing that will cause fluid gain and create these daily weight fluctuations, so stop salting your food. As your diet will no longer include french fries, not using salt will be very easy.

    - You'll have to trust me on this one but it's true. Drink lots of water so that your body is not forced to store water that may be causing the changes in your weight.

    - Only weigh one time a week, same day, same time, morning is best, and keep notes on your progress as your weight stabilizes.

    - It takes 3500 calories to gain or lose 1 pound of body fat.

This requires an extra 500 calories a day over 7 days to gain a pound, so if you gained several pounds in one day you can safely say it's water weight because you would have to take in about 10,500 extra calories that day which is not likely.

    - Weight gain in muscle and fat happens slowly over time so these rapid changes can only be changes in your weight caused by fluid retention, commonly called "water weight."

    - You will be proud of the results and it's a good feeling to be in control of your own body.

  3. sounds like water weight.
