What is ymail and gmail?Can I keep my contacts?

What in the world is ymail? The last 5 or 6 times I went to check my email on yahoo.ca,this thing keeps showing up.If I wanted to get an other address on yahoo.ca could I keep all my contacts?

i have a gmail and its mail on Google. and a ymail is a mail account on yahoo. :)

I use Google's Gmail and have used it for about 3 years now and am quite satisfied with it.

Most email programs have a contact list export utility so that you can export your contacts in CSV format.

Gmail supports import and export of contact lists in CSV format.

So, if you can export your current email contacts to CSV format, then Gmail will import them for you from the CSV file.

no you can`t.ymail is another domain from yahoo .they put new domains ..like ymail and rocketmail is the same like yahoo.ca only the name is different.but if you want to make with ymail a new adress you can copy there your contacts from the old adress.
