I need help looking for foundation

Everytime i buy foundation & put it on my mom says it doesnt look natural (im 17)

im looking for a liquid & powder foundation

What foundation do you use?

Is it liquid or powder?

I use avon perfect wear,  its liquid.. It stays put - my main concern. Maybe your mom is concerned with u "covering up" your natural beauty. Maybe u don't need foundation or try some of the great sheer foundations like avons smooth mineral foundations. There are lots of brands with cream, liquid, cream to powder, powder - with sheer coverage. try some and see how they look.

I won't tell you which one I use, 'cause it might not work for you, but I might know some things that may help you.

Bare Escentuals or Bare Minerals as they're known do great foundations that are really light but help make your skin look flawless and really healthy. These are mineral loose powders.

MAC Cosmetics has it's Mineralize SkinFinish line that is mineralized and looks beautiful and natural, but you will need to purchase either a kabuki brush or a powder brush to apply it with.

Anything mineralized really looks great and natural on skin, and can easily be matched to any skin tone. Pur Minerals also does great foundations, and even some drugstore brands have mineralized foundations that work really well.

It's really up to you.

I really like Physician's Formula loose bronzing powder. You don't even have to use a liquid foundation with it! I always used liquid until I found this. It comes in light, medium, dark, and bronzer.

Sheer cover also works well if you wanna pay for it, but you don't need liquid with that one either. So many mineral foundations out there now that it's made the need for liquid go down.

Almay does sell a liquid that is white and blends to your own skin color. I've heard good things about that one.
