A salmango roll- basically a california roll draped with salmon, mango, avocado and topped with black caviar.

Live scallops, sliced thin, with fresh wasabi and lime.

A popcorn shrimp roll- avocado, shrimp roll topeed with creamy chopped shrimp and masago sauce and broiled.

2 pieces of tako.

nigiri-sushi is my favorite salamon or tuna or shrimp ...as long as its seafood or meat I'm good. I dont really like american sushi like california rolls.

Tuna and salmon sushi are the best id say if you dont like very strong fish tastes. If you've eaten fish all your life, go for eel. It has a richer taste.

all of it but spider roll, spicy tekka, and unagi are my favorite.  for a Japanese fest, tons of sushi, sashimi, tempura, udon, donburi, and more.
