At 8 months old Emma was saying mummum, dada, love ya.....she had just started crawling at the beginning of the month (she was also a roller and just one day started crawling).  At the end of her eighth month she started cutting two teeth.  She was drinking two bottles of formula, one cup of juice/water, and had three servings of mostly table food.  She started cruising mid way of the month.

My son is 7 months.. but close enough! He's doing the army crawl to get to whatever he wants, but doesn't "really" crawl yet. He rolls around like a pro- He'll roll from the living room, down the hall and into his bedroom to get to a toy he wants. Doesn't say mama or dada. I can't wait for that though! I nurse him 6-7 times a day and feed him whatever I eat (as long as no milk).-- but he has a really hard time eating regular foods. He's also started getting shy around strangers. Dru walks too when I'm holding him. Oh yea, and he has 4 teeth!
