What is your Beauty/Skincare Secret?

List as many of your beauty/skincare secret as you can.. and if you want... can you give me some tips on how to get rid of my acne on my face, chest and back...??

I posted this before in the make up section but didnt get many answers at all.. so hopefully I'll get some in this section :)

I use a Clean and Care foaming facewash; I think it also takes off makeup and it's in a blue bottle with a purple top. And when I first started taking birth control (yasmin), it wasn't because I was having s*x but because it's supposed to help control breakouts.

I don't know the brand, but I'm pretty sure there's a type of shower gel that has salicylic acid (the main ingredient in acne-fighting products). Also a bit of tanning can help because the sun dries out your skin or something...that might help reduce any oil causing the acne.
