Tung Choi with fermented shrimp paste or 蝦醬空心菜

蝦醬 = ha cheung = fermented shrimp paste (people either love it or hate it)

空心菜 or 空菜 = tung choy or ung choy

well i like the vegetable lomein.

it's mostly carbs/noodles but has lots of veggies also.

I love this one my mom makes back in the days.

It's Kong1 Xin1 Cai4 with Garlic and mix some with fish oil sauce... yummmmm ... Cantonese call them Tong1 Cai4 ... ... can you understand Pinying? Cai is vegetable in Chinese Pinying... pronounces Tsai...

Basically it's spicy Sichuan-style green beans.  Very tasty!  Even my friends who don't eat vegetables love it!
