Everyone contributes to the organisation, by doing some work that is assigned to us by the persons selected to run the organisation.

I Do all these things written down below.

Many a times we contribute by not doing anything as required by by the persons selected to run the organisation.

Helping other contributors is also a way I have used when I have free time.

Studying the systems built into the organisation and suggesting measures or just bring it to the notice of the persons selected to run the organisation is one more way to contribute if no job is assigned to you. I use this most of the time.

Being there during any operation like fire fighting or manging event within the premises Is also contribution.

Helping others deal with personal problems by advising them of the results that can manifest is contribution to wards the manpower asset of the organisation
