  1. monday- docent club, babysitting

    tuesday- babysitting

    wednesday- confirmation class, literature club

    thursday-free

    friday- model un club

and there will be track practice every day starting november

i want to go to a good college so clubs are important lol

but umm...just budget your time. make sure you allot some time for relaxation. maybe save some homework for lunch time.

  2. That's a pretty normal, if not light schedule for a student athlete.  Personally, I have 3 hours of fastpitch softball practice after school followed by carbo-loads before game days and on game days it usually takes up about 4 hours.  Plus, sections are far away and we have tournaments that are far away too.  Plus, I help coach baseball clinics after practice for about 1 or 2 hours.  I also take hitting lessons once a week for an hour and I usually stay late to hit extra in the cage.  I also work out at a gym 2-3 times a week.  Plus I play in tournaments on weekends year round.

So if you play bball for 3 hours I'm guessing you get home about 5:30 or 6 pm, maybe even 5 depending on your school.  Add an extra half hour for dinner.  So your looking at about 6 (I'll take the middle time).  That leaves about 4 hours of homework time until 10 pm.  It really doesn't help to stay up much later than 10 or 11 to do hw, because you are really tired and nothing "sticks".  So I would do hw till about 10.  Then get ready for bed and sleep. Wake up and go to school about an hour early to finish anything you missed.  If you can, otherwise do it at home.

At my school you can come in at 7 and then we start at 8.

    Hope this helps.

If you still feel stressed about your hw load and schedule.  Then either lighten your class load (less ap/honors classes ect.) or drop some of your extracurriculars.

  3. unfortunately you cant put more time in the day (one can only hope) if your teacher gives you time to do homework in class, then use that time as much as possible. if you have a study hall try doing a little bit of each assignment and then not having as much left when you get home. you could also do a little work during your lunch hour. my after school schedule consists of coming home from school and starting my homework and finishing by dinner, and then eating dinner and sitting down with my family for game night or movie night. on friday night's i go to the football game and if im really bored i go to the volleyball games (in the fall) in the winter i go to basketball games and spring i usually hang out with my friends at night.
