Question:

What is your backup site to find the true stock price?

Today, at the same moment in time, Yahoo lists EWZ as trading at $67.12 , Yahoo chart lists it at about $85 and barchart.com lists it trading at 85.03.

Barchart isn't always accurate either, because it said the SP500 crashed something like 80% in one day this year. That never happened.

So what site do you use that doesn't make mistakes in the true value of the stocks and indexes?

  1. My backup site is ClearStation ( http://clearstation.etrade.com/ ).  I have found Yahoo has data issues from time to time as well.  A couple of days ago, one of the stocks I was tracking showed a high for the day of $999.99 and its only a $62.00 stock.

I would actually trust ClearStation more as they are owned by E*Trade, but I don't care for their format, hence I use Yahoo 99% of  the time.

    Hope this helps
