since its summer my son go's to bed a 10pm but when school starts which we be his first time for me and his mom since he is adopted it will be 9pm and i go to bed at 830 if i have to be at work before 6am to start patrol or or whenever if i work midday shift man being a cop is hard

I sleep at 7pm and i'm up at 3am.

I have an unusual sleeping pattern, but i enjoy the silence at 3am :]

I usually go to bed by 11 or so.  In the summer I stay up unless I have work until like 12 or 1.  But work nights, i try to go to sleep by 10.  Right now, I'm transferring to school time for next month, so I'm in an inbetween time.

I dont have one since im an adult HOWEVER

my daughters all go to bed around 8 - 8:30pm sometimes earlier, sometimes later.

and my two sisters who i have custody of, the 14 year old goes to bed at around 10:30 - 11 sometimes later and the 7 year old at 8:30 - 9!

My 10 yr old has to be in bed at 8:30 with lights out at 9 and gets up at 7AM. My 13yr old has to be in bed at 9:30-10PM and gets up at 6:30-7AM. I think it's important for children to get there sleep so they will do better in school. They will be more alert and less tired.

when i was 9= it was 9:30pm

when I was 10-14 i just had to be off the phone and stuff by=10:00pm

when I was 15, i dont guess it really mattered as long as I got up to go to school.

now that im 18 & married anywhere from 10pm-1am depending on how tired i am.

My teens are usually in bed by 10:00 p.m. on a school night, weekends by 11:30 p.m. As for my bedtime, it's whenever I manage to close my eyes, LOL!

i'm 17 and right now since there's no school i go to bed any time from as early as 9 to as late as 3 in the morning.
