I'm a young man looking to sell some spare computer parts and other electronic accessories. I thought eBay would be my best bet. Now I want to ask you, what can you teach me about it? What have you learned about dealing directly with costumers/sellers, and what did learning that make you do differently? Thanks so much!

  1. I have been buying and selling on Ebay for many years.

The main thing I would like to warn you about is the fact that Ebay has changed their feedback policy recently.

Sellers are no longer allowed to give buyers feedback, which in turn has been a horrible experience for me, because some buyers are bidding on items, not paying for them and then also leaving negative feedback. Ebay will not remove the negative feedback even though the buyer did not pay for the items. I did follow policy and issued non payment disputes to the buyers in turn they received strikes against their accounts.

The whole thing is......Ebay has made alot of their sellers unhappy with this new feedback policy. If you want to learn more about it, you can go to Ebay and read the forums there.

    Good luck
