  1. Cleveland and Minnesota both miss the playoffs.

Reasons: Cleveland - still terrible corners. Derek Anderson=one year wonder.

Minnesota  - week at the most important position in football, quarterback.

  2. With Brett leaving this year I truly believe The Vikings will win the division and make it to the playoffs with 10+ wins.

Adding Allen to their D will help them prevent the pass so much. And the I don't even need to talk about the run D. Its Perfect!

The only thing that scares me is their offense. With Jackson no really being the best and all, but the coaches picked a couple of good WR for him to work with. And finally if all fails give it to Peterson. I guarantee this will another great season for him if he stays healthy.

  3. Cowboys have the most pro bowlers & make playoffs, obivously superbowl contender - 12 or 13 last year, all of them returning, & then some more talent added this offseason such as Adam Pacman Jones, & 2 first round rookies.. Also players looking to redeem themselves such as Roy Williams.  They will be solid.

  4. One of the bye teams wins the supe-bowl?  :)

    Go Paackers Go!

  5. Super Bowl: Chargers vs Cowboys

AFC Championship Game: Chargers vs Patriots

NFC Championship Game: Saints vs Cowboys

    Division Winners

    AFC North: Cleveland Browns

    AFC East: New England Patriots

    AFC West: San Diego Chargers

    AFC South: Indianapolis Colts

    NFC North: Minnesota Vikings

    NFC East: Dallas Cowboys

    NFC West: Seattle Seahawks

    NFC South: New Orleans Saints

    Sleepers: Arizona Cardinals/Minnesota Vikings (NFC)

                   Buffalo Bills/Cleveland Browns (AFC)

  6. St.Louis Rams will do better than this past season.

They had a ton of injuries and now they have a improved defence with Chris Long.

Even though Steven jacksons holdout doesnt help tht much, St Louis still has Torry Holt and Marc Bulger, two under appreciated players in the league.

Bulger, before he got hurt, Was the most accurate QB in the league

Torry Holt is as consistent there is in Football, he had lik 11straight years where he had at least 1200 yards.

  7. Based on the talent in the locker room I am picking the Cowboys to take the NFC title.

Based on the fact that Peyton Manning is an unbelievable QB and would like to get back to the big game, I see the Colts taking the AFC.

(The Pats will be good, very good, but I don't know if they will make it past the Colts.)

Then my biggest prediction.  Tony will not choke, will have the experience FINALLY behind him to make it all the way and we will have Felix Jones take it up the middle for a winning TD!

    Cowboys 31-Colts 28.

  8. the packers will make it to the NFC Divisional playoff game, and Aaron Rodgers will throw an interception which ends up losing it for the Packers, because it set up a last second field goal for the Cardinals.

  9. the up and coming cardinals ruin the vikings season by taking the wildcard that the vikings thought they were gonna get

  10. The Arizona Cardinals make the playoffs.

They have an offense that scored over 400 points last season. If their defense can be at least respectable; they can win nine games or more and be a wild card team.

  11. THE stinkin Packers...(I really need points so PLEASE) :<

  12. The patriots having another perfect season and make it to the superbowl. I love the pats but i know thats its impossible cuz

1.Coaches and analysts spended almost all of their free time watching pats videos and finding strategy against all their plays.

2.Now that their passing game is perfect (50 tds,)they will put more emphasis on the run plays. and i don't trust Laurie Baloney.

    3. if they have injuries. we can forget it right now.

  13. New England will not make it past the divisonal playoff round because they will be upset by the likes of the browns jets or jags

  14. He said BOLD predictions, so picking the Patriots or the Cowboys (who are stacked with talent) to do well isn't really saying much. Packers...HA! don't expect Aaron Rodgers to lead them to the playoffs in his first year - he's good, but still needs the experience (it will be a couple of years). This year you are going to see what everyone has been saying the last couple of years (as far as these teams loaded with talent start to do well) the AZ Cardinals and the WA. Redskins will make the playoffs and the Dolphins are going to be allot better then what people thought, especially now signing Pennington - but look for Henne to come in and take a few snaps this season as he fights for the starting job. The 49ers MIGHT be a surprise team this year and both the Bears and the Giants won't make the playoffs this year - that's my prediction.

  15. I predecit the detroit loins wont make it...lol

  17. Tony Romo will lead the Cowboys to his first playoff victory.

The Jets, even though they now have Favre, will still suck.

One darkhorse team, such as the Jags, the Browns, or even the Cardinals, will fend off a "better" team.

Jessica Simpson will finally be through with Romo [please, Lord. I despise her!]

  18. The Saints will not make the playoffs this is a overrated team bush cant be a 25 carry back which they need and deuce is still battling injuries and i also think that the browns will miss again way to up and down to be good in AFC and of course the giants will not make the playoffs yes i don't even think they'll be above 500 and I'm predicting it here

  19. My prediction this year is yes the Detroit Lions make the playoffs! Jon Kitna comes through with his prediction. They yes win 10 games and wins the NFC north divsion. With the bears going nowhere with there uh two quarterbacks and packers without brett it seems to go down to a two team race with the vikings and lions...wow never thought i'd ever here those two.It almost feels like the 90's this way remember 1998?

  20. I believe the Buffalo Bills will fly under the radar and play underdog and get into the playoffs in a heavily contested AFC.  With Favre mania in Jetland and the Pats being themselves, the Bills will have less pressure on them.  In addition, Jets might be a challenge but Favre can't instantly become elite in a new offense in New York, not to mention Buffalo was able to beat Favre a couple of years ago with GB.

One of the main things is the health of this team.  Last year, they had 17 ppl on IR (most in the NFL), endured heartbreaking losses at home tto Denver and Dallas, started 1-4, Kevin Everett going down, Pats humilating them, and were still in the playoff mix until week 15.  This team showed tremendous fortitude in a season full of adversity.

Now they are much healthier on defense, with acquisitions of Stroud and Mitchell, and Peters on the O line.  The schedule is also easier, playing 4 games against the NFC West (which is easier than the NFC East from last year).  In addition, the Bills could steal a game at home vs. NE b/c the Pats might clinch home field by then and rest starters.  Also consider this: other teams in their echelon in the AFC have a tougher road.  The Titans for instance have no real offense either and with their division stronger than ever, they will have a tough road.  Same with the Browns, with their division up for grabs and playing NFC east opponents (by far the strongest division).  Buffalo could take advantage of these things.

It's very possible Buffalo is still a year or so away from the playoffs, especially with Trent Edwards a bit unproven still.  But I think there are circumstances that they can finally prove the skeptics wrong and get that 6th seed in the AFC

  21. The Oakland Raiders will win the AFC West. This is a team that, believe it or not, really has lots of fantastic talent on the offensive side of the ball. Jamarcus Russell will have growing pains in his first season as a starter, but he does have a playmaking receiver in Javon Walker. But their run game will really help this team. They are stacked at running back. Darren McFadden is very talented, and Michael Bush provides them with a strong redzone runner. Defense is the real big question on this team. I think that Michale Huff will have a big year, and that the aquisitions of Gibril Wilson and DeAngelo Hall can really sure up the secondary.
