What is your claim to your 5 minutes of fame?

Have you ever been in the papers...for a good or a bad report (let`s be honest!)...what was your 5 minutes of media-fame!?

I`ve been in about 3 times, once for a `good` report and twice for being naughty. If you were in for a naughty report, how did it make you feel ?

As a kid, I was in a movie. It wasn't a speaking part, but you could clearly see me. No big deal now, but kinda cool when you are a kid.

Why would getting a report from school get you in the paper? unless u mean your school newspaper? we didnt have one, so never been in it!

My claim to fame is once saw mel C from the spice girls running in Hyde Park in London in 1998 when I was 13....didnt stop her though as she was running quite fast and I wasnt really a massive enough fan!

Yes I have and have been in the local paper a few times all good and it was because of something that is very important to me, been on the radio twice for the same reason.

My name had come in Kolhapur Local News Paper.

My frds had informed me on the same & got surprised can’t able to believe thought they are just kidding.

When I was ten I danced at the Highland Games, held at White City, and my photograph was in the local paper.

When I was fifty I won the Ms. Mature category in the National L*****n Beauty Contest 1998.

I was in the local paper loads when i was a kid. All good stuff.

But id have to say my 5 minutes of fame would be starring in a pop video with Bono (from U2) & Wyclef Jean.

We have been on the front page of our local newspaper several times, with regard to our fight against serious noise pollution in the area and the local administrations lack of help.

Our fight will be broad-casted on the TKO Costa Blanca radio tomorrow and another article in the paper Friday.
