  1. When you see the cops are afraid to go into a certain area, this out to be a sign of scary neighborhood. I live in a kinda scary one but been here so long I am gooood. Davidson avenue is scary cause everyday someone is found dead in a car, on a roof, or right in front of the school yard. It is scary. Po po dont even go there that much at all.

  3. when drug addicts roam the streets, when little girls cant even play out in their front yard. When even the police are afraid to go into the neighborhood.

    -when you cant trust your neighbors

    -people are not friendly

    -one man for himself type

    -ghetto

    -the children are as just as rude as the parents

    -killing

  6. The 1 I grew up in ! - U couldn't go out @ night & some 1 had 2 stay home all day or the house would B robbed !!!

  9. Just the opposite of what that girl said on top.  A neighborhood without a dealer is scary!!!

  11. Mulleted, toothless people wearing skin tight jeans, doing heroine in plain view, and stray dogs running loose. What I have described is any given ghetto in the small European city in which I live.

    unfortunately that applies to the USA as a whole, it has the highest crime rate of any Western nation

  16. A neighborhood I can't let my daughter play outside in.
