What is your definition of a successful man?

I like the following quote:

What is your definition of a successful person? Money? Relationships? What?

"Success" for a man OR a woman is achieving a goal.

Which of these persons is successful?

1  --  A man plans to rob a bank, does rob the bank, gets a lot of money, and is never caught.

2  --  A woman decides she wants to become a high-class prostitute, and so she does.

3  --  A boy decides to beat up one fellow classmate each day for a week. He does.

Who is the success? They all are...they all achieved their goals. That's all success is...it has nothing to do with morality or honesty or goodness or anything else. It has only to do with whether or not one achieves what one sets out to achieve.

A successful man is not someone who's rich, good looking, or someone who's important. My opinion of a successful man is someone who's happy. Someone who does whatever makes them happy and doesn't change for anyone. If you're happy, you're successful.

a successful man is someone who stands up on theirr two feet and is steady enough to sustain himself. he must be working hard at a goal if he has not already achieved one, should be independent. money comes naturally if your self sufficient, it doesn't mean you've got so much money you don't know what to do with it but enough to pay all your bills and live a healthy lifestyle...basically a person is successful when they have enough to physically survive as well as present themself suitably and be happy with who they are at the same time..

there are people who have achieved lifelong goals and are making money yet they arent happy because their life is not what they wanted it to be. therefore it is important to be happy as well and we tend to find happiness when we have our loved ones closer to us and a family to go home to...whether its your wife/husband and kids or your parents (even if you arent living with them)

A successful man is one who know himself.  He accepts his good qualities as well as his shadow.  He is also one that has integrity.  He also has a willingness to be accountable to himself for his actions, thoughts and behaviors.  It doesn't matter what a man does, where he comes from, etc.  It matters if he can stand to be with himself and see the gold that is inside him.

A truly successful person has a mixture of qualities.  He does not obsess over money (or any other one thing), but does a variety of things with his life.  Family is important, as is exercise, health, hobbies, enough money, non-dysfunctional relationships, friends, being a good person.
