  1. I attribute a lot of what 'health' is to mental and emotional well-being. Thinking positive, good thoughts. Thinking well of people. Not being egoistic. Feeling gratitude. Dealing with challenges gracefully. Being truthful. This in turn brings mental peace and an inner strength and a life that can be truly productive becoz we feel good about who we are. Mental peace and a positive self-image then positively affects a lot of other things like.. having better social relations, taking better care of ourselves. Being physically fit. That in turns helps us eat better. I know..a lot of factors are inter-connected also, and it's not as simple as a leads to b, but we have to start somewhere. But overall, I have really noticed that it all starts in the mind and with the thoughts we hold.

    We all have weak moments and we will always have them. What matters is, whether we pick ourselves up and set off in the right direction again.

  2. not in any great physical, emotional or spiritual pain.

  3. Just look forward to waking up in the morning.

    And every morning for the rest of your life - how long that is, is up to you.

  4. Physically fit and of sound mind .

  5. to feel that i am healthy...

  6. Being Healthy, is not merely;

    "physical, mental and social well-being"

    or

    "the absence of disease or infirmity"

    ;It is not even a combiation of the two, in a realistic and definable sense.

    IT IS A COMBINATION OF THE TWO, TO YOUR OWN STANDARDS.

  7. Being healthy means that my life is balanced, physically, spiritually, emotionally. When balance is found then health abounds even in the midst of struggle, disease or disaster.

  8. I may think it doesn't have to be neccessarily state of complete physical, mental and social well being or so as mentioned above just to define healthy..

    It maybe a lot more about in balancing our aspects, rather than as a state of complete in all aspects. That being healthy lies upon.

    Proper balancing of one's physical< mental< emotional<spiritual aspects. Will lead a healthier life.
