I waited til late in the draft to get all my pitchers, so I have a stacked offense. You can always find quality pitching on the waiver wire, moreso than hitting.

Have a small bench of batters.. get a decent person at each position and don't worry about having a big bench.  There are always people (especially OF's) in Free Agency if you have an injury.  Get one guy that will steal you a lot of bases..in my case this year, I have Ellsbury.

Have many pitchers.. will most likely always win IP, Wins, K's, and Saves every week.  ERA and WHIP are always toss up categories...so you SHOULD win 1.  

You should always be able to win 5 of 6 pitching categories like that..

Get the best available position player ,then draft a premier pitcher and then focus on average and filling out other positions.
