canned tuna mixed with vinigar(to cut the fishy smell/flav) mayo, pepper and come diced green peppers..

make it into a toast sandwich its AMAZING!!

Usually a little butter and peanut butter.  Once in awhile just butter if I have the real stuff in the house.  

Course, I could really stretch it and say I love creamed chip beef on it!  SOS!
